Technical guidance for Junior Analysts **JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST** ---------------------------------- **Overview** --------------- We are looking for a professional focused on learning and skill development, who follows documentation, works under coordination and guidance from more specialized analysts. Supporting senior analysts during service degradations and/or incidents (prioritization processes aimed at restoring the environment and minimizing customer impact). **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- Demonstrate autonomy and ability to work independently; Supporting senior analysts during service degradations and/or incidents (prioritization processes aimed at restoring the environment and minimizing customer impact). Responsible for providing technical guidance to Junior Analysts to help them progress over time and become capable of handling more complex tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency is desirable; Spanish is also acceptable. Advanced knowledge of Public Cloud with certification from one or more providers: AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Preferred certifications: LPI, RED HAT, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and AWS Solutions Architect Associate. Knowledge of Observability tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Nimsoft, Nagios, and Grafana. Advanced knowledge of Virtualization: VMWare, RHEV, OVM, XENServer, PowerVM, HPVM, Solaris Containers. Knowledge of DR tools: Double\-take, VMware Replicator, DRAAS. Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and Governance processes. Management and support of implemented environments. Consulting on Linux/Unix environment projects and architecture. Project management and implementation. Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems (RedHat, Suse, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine, ESXi, AIX, HPUX, and Solaris) in their enterprise and updated versions. DevOps/IaC knowledge using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, SaltStack, Terraform, Docker, and Git.
