




Description: * Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; * Active professional registration; * Specialization/Postgraduate studies in Management; * Knowledge of the SUS (Unified Health System); * Work in accordance with SUS guidelines, as established by the public health policies of SMS-SP (Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo), and apply laws and regulations governing the unit’s operations; * Coordinate technical and administrative health teams, planning and conducting technical meetings with them; * Coordinate work processes at the Unit (workflows, routines, staff schedules, health information, etc.); * Serve as liaison between the Unit and the Health Care Superintendency; * Align workflows and routines with health guidelines, promoting service integration to improve user care; * Plan initiatives to enhance the quality of population care and working conditions for staff; * Interface with the local/regional health network to which the Unit is assigned, as well as with Technical Health Supervisions and Regional Health Coordination Offices; * Monitor implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools for actions and services developed at the Health Unit, as defined in Work Plans; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify appropriate actions and practices for each area of care; understand, diagnose, and intervene according to territorial logic, based on population needs; * Participate in planned, integrated activities—where applicable—monitoring and attending cases according to pre-established criteria; * Welcome users and humanize care; * Promote integrated management and user participation in decision-making through participatory organization with Local and/or Municipal Health Councils; * Promote integrated management and user participation in decision-making through participatory organization with Local and/or Municipal Health Councils; * Develop strategies to ensure optimal Unit functioning; * Maintain productivity records, complete and submit monthly reports, and analyze health indicators using standardized data from the Municipal Health Secretariat and SAS/SECONCI-SP; * Ensure proper service/unit operation through maintenance of necessary supplies, as well as continuous planning, monitoring, supervision, and evaluation; * Jointly assess development and implementation of actions and measure their impact on population health status, using pre-established indicators. * Implement actions and regulations issued by health authorities. * Represent the Partner Institution at technical meetings held by the Municipal Health Secretariat, and at events and activities related to the Service. * Submit the monthly output of the Work Team for inclusion of data in SIAB/SIA-SUS at the Health Unit implementing the Program. 2512270202491429782
