**A bit about the company...** One of the leading hardware subscription companies in the market, operating nationwide and distinguished by its premium service package.​​**What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis...** * Register new items and update information in the ERP; * Record equipment inbound and outbound movements; * Verify returns and report irregularities; * Issue and monitor signature collection for delivery and receipt confirmations (ERP, LetsSign, Correios, invoices); * Update freight and inventory control spreadsheets; * Support customers directed to logistics via customer service platforms (Zoho Desk, WhatsApp, etc.); * Perform cargo tracking; * Plan and schedule delivery/reverse logistics requests; * Quote and approve freight rates (motorcycle couriers/postal service/freight carriers); * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Prepare and pack equipment for transportation; * Manage logistics supplies (boxes, tapes, stretch film, etc.); * Ensure on-time deliveries by analyzing alternatives to mitigate potential disruptions; * Collaborate with the team on ongoing review and monitoring of the defined Mission and Vision; * Support the definition and monitoring of strategies to fulfill the established Mission and Vision; * Contribute to defining departmental objectives, goals, and decisions, supporting performance monitoring and achievement of Logistics goals. ​**What we’re looking for in the person joining our team...**​ * Technical degree in Logistics, completed or in progress; * Solid experience in logistics operations and ERP systems; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. ​​ **Employment type:** CLT.​​ **Compensation:** R$ 2.835,00.​​ **Benefits:** VT + Meal voucher (R$ 35.00/day) + Dental Plus dental plan (100% company-subsidized) + AMIL health plan (basic plan, 100% company-subsidized) + Life insurance (100% company-subsidized, above the legally required amount) + Total Pass + Semi-annual bonus program of up to **3 salaries** (for employees without variable compensation) + Initiatives and monitoring to maintain a healthy and positive work environment + Subsidies for courses, lectures, language learning, undergraduate and postgraduate studies, and personal and professional development workshops + Individual Development Plan (PDI) with specialized consulting + Purchase of Samsung products under the same conditions as manufacturer employees + Pharmacy partnership.**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM. **100% IN-PERSONLocation:** Jardim, Santo André.
