Perform activities using the Electronic Quality Management System (ETQ); 2\. Conduct onboarding training for new employees and other training related to Quality processes; 3\. Ensure that all operations receive training on applicable quality management system procedures; 4\. Maintain the Quality Management System and continuously improve its effectiveness; 5\. Support operations in activities related to the quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and DHL requirements; 6\. Ensure calibration of measurement equipment used at the site; 7\. Draft and approve Quality Management System documents; 8\. Monitor internal and external audits; 9\. Perform analysis and investigation of deviations and nonconformities; 10\. Manage action plans established with departments to ensure effective implementation; 11\. Participate in meetings involving the quality management system to ensure topics addressed comply with regulatory, customer, and DHL requirements. 12\. Support the branch operations**Requirements** -------------- Reside near the Guarulhos \- SP region. Intermediate Excel knowledge; Full Office suite proficiency; Knowledge of quality tools will be considered a plus. Knowledge in the transportation field will be considered a plus.
