Please confirm the job responsibilities below: * Monitor trips of vehicles involved in logistics operations to identify process anomalies and collect data on times and movements, focusing on continuous improvement. * Record all anomalies detected during trips, keeping the system updated on operational incidents. * Maintain contact with customers, carriers, and cargo pickup/delivery points as per escalation procedures, communicating delays, early arrivals, damages, and other information impacting delivery scheduling to ensure achievement of established targets. * Ensure all trips are monitored in the system. * Execute SMPs (Preventive Monitoring Requests) to access real-time vehicle location and messages. * Arrange freight contracts and schedule deliveries according to customer requirements, ensuring alignment with timeline and cost targets. * Perform scheduling in the TMS (Transportation Management System) to optimize operations and logistics flow. * Actively participate in periodic meetings with coordination/supervision and customers to align processes. * Hand over operational information to the next shift, including tracking spreadsheets and relevant details for shift change. * Create and populate operational performance indicators as required by the customer. * Generate performance indicator reports and send dashboards according to operational needs.
