**ABOUT THE POSITION** We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to work on the development and maintenance of CRM solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities range from declarative configurations to Apex and LWC implementations, with a strong emphasis on integrations—a key component of our technical context. We value candidates with a solid foundation and a strong desire to grow. **RESPONSIBILITIES** — Develop and maintain solutions in Apex, LWC, and platform declarative configurations — Build and support integrations with external systems via REST APIs — Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, and automations — Support the development of customer journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud — Version code using Git, following best practices for branching and team collaboration — Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to incremental deliveries **ESSENTIAL** * Apex, business logic, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future) * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * SOQL, data queries, and manipulation * Creation and maintenance of custom objects * Integrations via REST APIs **REQUIRED** * Salesforce declarative configurations, Flow Builder, validation rules, and automations * Marketing Cloud, email creation, journey building, and automations * Git, version control, and branching best practices * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **DESIRED** * SFDX and Salesforce CLI * Platform Events * Visualforce **BONUS — AGENTFORCE** * Experience with or familiarity with Agentforce and autonomous agent development * Knowledge of prompt templates, agent actions, and orchestration with generative AI * Hands-on experience with Einstein Copilot or conversational experiences in Salesforce
