Experience in beef slaughterhouses, with focus on utilities and energy efficiency. Experience with steam boilers, industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia and glycol), compressors, and related utilities. Team leadership experience for operational staff. Supervise the operation and maintenance of utility systems (boilers, compressors, cold rooms and tunnels, cooling towers, water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants). Ensure continuous and appropriate supply of steam, chilled water, electrical power, compressed air, and other essential inputs for production processes. Plan, monitor, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment. Monitor performance indicators (energy consumption, fuel consumption, water usage, boiler efficiency, cold room temperatures, etc.). Comply with occupational safety standards and applicable legislation (NRs). Manage teams of operators and technicians, promoting training and development.
