Come be Plena with us! **Responsibilities and assignments** * Support production supervisors in requesting and controlling materials, equipment, and operational demands of the unit; * Manage RMPs (leave requests, promotions, trainings, terminations) and absenteeism, ensuring proper routing for immediate manager approval; * Monitor and control daily yields of offal, hides, and other production indicators, entering data into systems and proposing improvements to meet targets; * Prepare spreadsheets and reports on daily industrial cost and yield controls, consolidating sector results; * Lead weekly performance meetings, presenting key indicators and points of attention; * Support the PCP department in generating production orders and controlling produced parts and markets; * Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring deadlines and internal communications are met; * Monitor the development of apprentices together with supervisors, supporting performance evaluations and allocations; * Collaborate in maintaining Self-Control Programs and compliance with internal policies and procedures; * Ensure physical integrity and proper use of PPE, reporting irregularities to SESMT; * Preserve company assets and equipment, guaranteeing proper usage, storage, and maintenance; * Act as an advocate for Food Quality and Safety Policies, ensuring process compliance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Preferred graduation in Administration, Production Engineering or related fields, either in progress or completed. * Advanced level in Office Suite; **Additional information** What we offer: * Attendance bonus of 5% on salary. * Meals provided at the company. * Meal allowance. * Christmas kit. * Discounts on Petsko products. * Partnership agreement with dental clinics. * Free transportation. * Life insurance. * Wellhub. * Discounts at partner educational institutions (undergraduate and postgraduate) and language courses.
