We are seeking a **Maintenance Auxiliary** to join our **Infrastructure** team at the **Pecém** terminal. You will support infrastructure maintenance activities, contributing to smooth operations and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our company running flawlessly—and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces of buildings, container yards, metal structures, equipment, or other surfaces, and apply layers of paint or similar products; * Perform preventive maintenance and hydraulic repairs on building equipment and fixtures; * Carry out masonry, concrete, and other material works, following drawings, schematics, and specifications, using appropriate processes and tools to construct, renovate, or repair structures; * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across various areas, and assist in transporting diverse materials; * Inform supervisors when equipment/components require replacement or repair due to wear or malfunction; * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the area where tasks are performed; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as requested by the area manager; * Ensure the workplace is safeguarded against fire hazards; * Perform oil changes, filter replacements, painting, cleaning, and washing of equipment; * Lubricate and grease moving parts of equipment. **What talent are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Practical experience in operations involving basic tools, adherence to safety standards, and safe handling practices for materials—ensuring compliance with established procedures. * **Driver’s License:** Category B. * **Mandatory Training:** NR35 – Small Forklift Operator. * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset—a naturally curious individual committed to solving problems at their root and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and Safety Orientation:** Strictly adheres to safety, environmental, and operational standards, procedures, and best practices. * **Teamwork:** Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and focusing on collective results. * **Organization and Carefulness:** Keeps the workplace, tools, and equipment orderly and in good working condition. * **Proactivity and Attention to Detail:** Demonstrates initiative in tasks and executes activities with precision and technical quality.
