We are looking for an **Apprentice** to join our **DEPOT** team at the **Pecém** Terminal. If you wish to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and safe environment, this is the ideal opportunity! You will support team members’ daily routines, ensure information accuracy, compliance with internal processes, and efficient communication with customers. Join a team that keeps our company operating at peak performance and helps move the global economy! **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare purchase requisitions in the IFS system after validation by the analyst, administrative assistant, or supervisor, and submit them for approval by operational management. * Archive and maintain shipping line documentation records. * Assist with follow-up on CFS operations with assistants and coordination. * Support requests for PPE requisitions in the system. * Contribute to continuous improvement of company performance. * Support compliance with adopted management systems/policies. * Provide service support to internal employees and external customers, including reception, document handling, phone calls, and other requester-related tasks. **What talent are we seeking?** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a plus). * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator. * **LEAN Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Responsibility and safety orientation:** Strictly adheres to safety standards, procedures, and best practices. * **Teamwork:** Collaborates effectively with colleagues and technicians, maintaining clear communication and focus on collective results. * **Organization and care:** Maintains the workplace, tools, and equipment in order and in good working condition. * **Proactivity and attention to detail:** Demonstrates initiative in tasks and executes activities with precision and technical quality.
