Supporting the remote operations team and preparing technical reports An engineering company specializing in energy is seeking a Maintainer I professional in Paracuru (Center). STEAG is an energy-sector company focused on sustainable and efficient solutions. With an innovative approach, it aims to contribute to the energy transition and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on substation equipment, medium-voltage networks, transmission lines, and anemometric towers, as per the annual maintenance plan. Conduct electrical tests on substation equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, current transformers (CTs), voltage transformers (VTs), disconnect switches, diesel generators (DGs), battery banks, protective relays, and medium-voltage switchgear, and diagnose equipment failures. Identify and report issues observed during inspections. Prepare technical reports. Support the remote operations team during call-outs for failure verification. Manage inventory. Record/report defects identified in the maintenance management software. Open and close work orders (WOs) in the maintenance management software. Read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams (functional, logical, and construction). Be available for on-call duty as scheduled by O&M management. Record and report any incidents (generation, safety, environment, or HSE) detected within the facilities. Comply with compliance and ESG&HS requirements. Previous experience as Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Assistant, Maintainer II, or Maintenance Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
