If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones for the project to support fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Position Objective** Ensure integrated planning, monitoring, and control of the project, guaranteeing adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and safety, with strong emphasis on constructability and advanced execution methodologies. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Structure and manage project planning based on **WBS**, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. * Apply **FEL (Front End Loading)** concepts to ensure engineering maturity prior to execution. * Implement and control the **AWP (Advanced Work Packaging)** methodology, structuring work packages and releasing work fronts according to readiness. * Apply **LPS (Last Planner System)** practices for field production management, increasing predictability and productivity. * Develop and maintain the integrated schedule, performing critical path analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis. * Manage cost control (CAPEX), including budgeting, forecasting, physical\-financial progress curves, and variance analysis. * Conduct constructability analysis, ensuring planning aligns with actual execution conditions. * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), using **Business Intelligence (BI)** tools to support decision-making. * Identify risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation plans and recovery strategies for schedule and cost. * Report project execution status clearly and objectively to internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate integrally with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with active registration at CREA. * Proven experience in planning and control of large-scale industrial projects. * Proficiency in methodologies and tools: WBS, AWP, LPS, FEL, and constructability analysis. * Experience in cost control (budgeting, forecasting, physical\-financial curve, and variance analysis). * Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6\) and Business Intelligence (Power BI or similar). * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management. * Strategic and integrated vision of the full project lifecycle. * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills. * Fluent English for interaction with clients and international contracts. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE * Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
