Works from conceptual phases through execution and commissioning, ensuring that electrical systems—including power distribution, substations, protection systems, grounding, lighting, and electrical infrastructure—are designed safely, reliably, and in compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Demonstrates strong capability in constructability analysis, execution planning, and multidisciplinary integration, ensuring compatibility with other disciplines and suitability to actual field conditions—particularly in operational interference environments. Directly contributes to defining implementation strategies, mitigating technical risks, and optimizing resources. Plays a strategic role at the interface between engineering, procurement, and construction, supporting technical decisions and ensuring solutions are executable, safe, and efficient—with emphasis on operational continuity, system performance, and zero accidents. **Detailed Description:** * Technical leadership of industrial electrical projects, covering power systems, distribution, substations, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); * Involvement in greenfield and brownfield projects, considering integration with existing systems, scheduled shutdowns, and operational continuity; * Constructability analysis, ensuring electrical solutions are executable, safe, and suitable for field conditions; * Definition of implementation strategies, including assembly sequencing, energization, and commissioning; * Multidisciplinary integration, ensuring compatibility with mechanical, civil, and automation disciplines, eliminating interferences; * Review and validation of electrical designs, including single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, load flow studies, protection, and selectivity analyses; * Technical support during execution and commissioning, addressing issues, conducting tests, and facilitating system startup; * Technical risk management, particularly concerning electrical safety, reliability, and continuity of power supply; * Interface with clients, utilities, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements; * Assurance of compliance with standards, quality, and safety, promoting solutions aligned with best practices and the goal of zero accidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with active registration at CREA; * Experience in medium- and large-scale industrial electrical projects; * Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, including integration with existing systems; * Solid knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, substations, protection, grounding, and SPDA; * Experience in electrical studies such as load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, and selectivity; * Knowledge of constructability, with ability to assess feasibility of installation and energization; * Experience in implementation planning and sequencing, including energization and commissioning stages; * Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams (single-line, three-line, interconnection, and protection logic); * Proficiency in applicable technical standards, such as ABNT, NR-10, IEC, IEEE, and utility requirements; * Intermediate to advanced English, with ability to communicate technically and read international documentation; **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Fluent English and experience in international settings, with capacity to lead technical meetings and interface with global stakeholders; * International experience or involvement in multicultural projects—especially within major EPC contractors or base industries; * Project management certifications, such as PMP, or advanced training in FEL, AWP, and Lean Construction; * Advanced BIM specialization, with proficiency in 3D/4D/5D coordination and clash-detection tools; * Demonstrated track record in complex industrial projects, with notable deliveries on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety goals; * Additional education in management or applied engineering, such as postgraduate degrees or MBAs in project management, industrial engineering, or related fields; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: São Gonçalo do Amarante - CE * Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more, in the ability to turn them into reality.
