




We are seeking an **HR Analyst** to work in a generalist capacity within a **small-sized supermarket company**, supporting people management processes and ensuring compliance with labor-related routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of employees for various supermarket departments; * Onboarding and follow-up of new hires; * Timekeeping, benefits administration, and payroll processing (support and verification); * Management of vacations, admissions, terminations, and ancillary obligations; * Support in developing internal marketing initiatives and organizational climate; * Employee assistance by providing support on HR and personnel department inquiries; * Organization of departmental documents and reports. **Requirements** * Completed or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience in HR and personnel department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial; * Strong communication skills, organization, and sense of responsibility. **Benefits** * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Discount agreement at the supermarket Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Pay: R$3,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Expected start date: 12/01/2025
