




Job Summary: Automate installation processes, implement resources to optimize production, and develop projects using new technologies and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in the development of innovative projects and solutions. Automate installation processes by implementing resources for production rationalization aimed at continuous improvement; Perform activities related to the implementation of new equipment and new technologies for new product development, such as: preparing preliminary designs with economic feasibility analysis, analyzing available market equipment, identifying internally available technology; Analyze, monitor, and prepare reports to ensure processes are carried out in the best possible manner; Prepare modifications to adapt existing equipment to new production requirements—whether for increased production capacity, quality, or safety; Actively participate in project and solution development, pursuing continuous improvement and total quality; Analyze and validate projects, aligning budgets; Support project development by monitoring test execution and preparing reports on electrical, hydraulic, and air-conditioning installations; Perform technical documentation—including human and material resource sizing—for issuing test reports, fully defining the entire process as well as obtaining approval from regulatory authorities, while analyzing obtained results and their quality; Analyze and validate installation projects—including electrical, hydraulic, air-conditioning, and special systems such as automation, telephony, sound systems, and accessibility; Monitor physical and financial progress schedules of construction work. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Experience in companies within the Civil Construction sector.
