Job Summary: Support the Information Technology department in providing technical support to internal users, contributing to the maintenance, organization, and operation of technological resources. Practical development in the IT field Support the Information Technology department in providing technical support to internal users, contributing to basic maintenance, organization, and operation of technological resources, while simultaneously developing practical knowledge in the field. **Education** Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in: * Computer Science * Information Systems * Computer Science * Computer Networks or related fields **Desired Knowledge** * Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite proficiency * Fundamental knowledge of Windows operating systems * Introductory networking concepts (internet, IP, routers) * Interest in computer maintenance and technical support **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in technical support for employees (on-site and remote), under supervision * Support basic computer and peripheral installation and configuration * Support IT equipment organization and control (inventory) * Assist in logging and tracking help desk tickets in the ticketing system * Support user creation, email accounts, and basic access setup * Provide basic support for company-used systems * Assist in backup routines and system updates * Support cable, equipment, and IT environment organization * Provide support for meetings (projector setup, audio, connectivity, etc.) * Assist in documenting simple departmental processes
