Job Description: The intern will be responsible for learning how to use the company's internal systems, communicating with technical support, attending meetings and training sessions, and subsequently disseminating this knowledge to other employees. The intern will also provide support and perform maintenance on the systems used by the company, contributing to the smooth operation of business activities. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in one of the following programs: Information Systems; Systems Analysis and Development; Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; Computer Networks; Information Technology Management; Information Technology. Desired Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge; computerized systems; user support; Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems; system maintenance; fundamental networking concepts. Desired Behavioral Skills: The company seeks an Information Technology intern who is curious, proactive, and communicative, with a strong interest in learning and developing within the field. The **Urban Microcredit Agent** works within the Microfinance team and is tasked with acquiring and retaining potential customers by advising them on their businesses in compliance with policy, conducting analyses, granting credit, and performing other activities within the scope of operations.
