The MECHANICAL LATHE OPERATOR position is ideal for those seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with a focus on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for manufacturing and adjusting industrial mechanical parts and components—such as shafts, couplings, keys, flanges, bolts, pins, drums, rollers, pulleys, among others—to be applied in rotating equipment and components within the industry; * Support mechanical assemblies requiring precise measurements and dimensions both inside and outside the maintenance workshop. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. Mechanical lathe operator training course. Technical degree in Mechanics preferred; * Prior experience in machining and industrial maintenance preferred; * Experience with mechanical lathes, planers, saws, milling machines, bench drills, technical drawing, advanced metrology (reading/interpretation, handling measurement instruments), industrial mechanics, and machine elements; CAD knowledge preferred; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; Reside in Maracaju or Rio Brilhante * **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
