Remotely control the entry and exit of people and vehicles via intercoms and electronic systems. Notify the supervision or physical security team of incidents, suspicious or anomalous situations. Provide remote information and guidance to visitors, service providers, and employees. Record incidents and movements in computerized systems or spreadsheets. Ensure proper operation of remote gatehouse equipment and report technical failures. High school diploma completed.
