Responsibilities and Duties * Manage all Personnel Department routines, including hiring, CTPS/portal registrations, dismissals, contract terminations, payroll closing, and social charges. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. * Oversee benefits, vacations, time tracking, work schedules, and time banks. * Provide support to leadership and employees regarding Personnel Department and benefits-related matters. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, propose improvements, and collaborate on HR projects aligned with the company’s strategy. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in the Personnel Department, including hiring, dismissals, payroll, social charges, vacations, benefits, and e-Social. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. * Ability to collaborate effectively and suggest improvements to HR processes.
