Job Description We are seeking a Senior Guest Relations professional to join our team at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. This role will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by strategically managing guest relationships, maintaining high service and personalization standards, and adhering to brand guidelines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields; • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, Concierge, or Guest Relations professional in upscale hospitality establishments; * Ability to handle critical situations and demanding guests with discretion and professionalism; * Proactivity, ability to anticipate guest needs, personalize experiences, and build genuine connections; • Organizational skills and attention to detail; • Proficiency with reservation systems, hotel operational routines, and familiarity with quality standards such as Forbes and/or LQA; * Fluency in English is required. French or Spanish is a plus.
