




Job Summary: Manage the insurance product by defining its strategic vision, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring product success based on metrics and user needs. Key Highlights: 1. As an Insurance Product Manager, you will develop a strategic vision for your product and evangelize it within CAS, engaging teams from other areas to execute the strategy. You are also responsible for designing and implementing product metric tracking, using those metrics as the foundation for backlog prioritization, understanding our users’ needs, and developing solutions to address them — all aligned with Sicredi’s strategic objectives. Therefore, it is essential that you know how to define and communicate the product strategy and translate it into the team’s backlog, as well as monitor performance and make data-driven decisions based on the leadership’s strategic OKRs and the area’s tactical OKRs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Focus on results, business, and strategy; * Strategic vision guiding product strategy through to decisions ensuring focus on results; * Backlog and roadmap management; * Define requirements for development, collaborate with the development team, and track releases. * Identify the minimum viable product (MVP); * Prior experience working with cross-functional teams to build products (preferably digital-first); * Analytical ability, strategic and creative thinking; * Ability to identify problems and make evidence-based decisions; * Proactivity and initiative; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other teams and leadership; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in financial institutions and with insurance and/or health plan products; * Experience making decisions on *features* and backlog prioritization; * Experience across *Discovery*, hypothesis validation, business definition, and solution delivery; * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or related fields; * Courses and certifications from product management schools. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business-area positions, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
