The professional will perform operational tasks with constant interaction with suppliers, contracts, and daily administrative demands. \- Manage and execute accounts payable routines; \- Provide administrative support for corporate travel processes, including organizing information, processing reimbursements, and maintaining controls; \- Manage and organize contracts, including deadline tracking, document handling, and file management; \- Support general administrative routines, ensuring information organization and updating; \- Interface with internal departments and suppliers to align operational requirements. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Financial Management, or related fields; \- Prior experience in administrative and financial routines, especially accounts payable; \- Basic knowledge of contract management and control; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
