For this reason, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with the widest variety of backgrounds. **What will be your role?** Administer physical and virtual server environments (on-premises and cloud); Manage Microsoft solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and Office 365; Monitor and maintain LAN, WLAN, WAN, and VPN network infrastructure; Firewall administration (Pfsense/Fortigate); Provide second-level support for infrastructure environments; Ensure information security through the application of best practices and policies; Participate in infrastructure upgrade and modernization projects; Provide technical support to users, resolving general issues across all components of the corporate network—such as servers, workstations, printers, telecommunications circuits, among others; Deliver both on-site and remote support, maintaining updated incident records and guiding users to clarify technical questions; IP telephony administration; Antivirus administration; Perform and monitor backup routines; Document processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
