Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, screens, keyboards, cards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for hardware- and software-related IT incidents. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with security standards.
