Job Description: **Job Mission** Execute maintenance processes, seeking TPM development and enhancement to increase asset efficiency and reduce maintenance costs, applying tools for Zero Loss advancement and supporting Autonomous Maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Work on industrial equipment of lower complexity * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance across all industrial areas of the plant and their machinery. * Perform mechanical maintenance on single-stage, multi-stage, helical, and peristaltic centrifugal pumps; * Perform mechanical maintenance on gearboxes and bearings, as well as alignment of rotating equipment * Perform mechanical maintenance on material handling systems * Perform mechanical maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Identify defects in mechanical machines/equipment by examining their operation or directly inspecting the defective component; * Conduct root cause analysis under management guidance; * Assemble mechanical components, machines/equipment according to drawings/specifications; * Perform mechanical maintenance on heat exchange systems; * Perform minor repairs/welding sporadically at workbenches or on equipment/machinery. * Ensure proper lubrication of equipment; * Perform mechanical maintenance on ovens in general * Perform mechanical maintenance on packaging machines; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on case packers * Record Service Orders with all required information. * Suggest and assist in implementing changes to maintenance plans whenever necessary, justifying positions; * Support Autonomous Maintenance in its processes; * Assist in projects and new implementations; * Use personal protective equipment correctly. * Comply with and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, Food Safety, and Zero Loss Culture requirements. * Participate in and serve as a support channel for safe behavior initiatives. * Promote GMI’s cultural archetypes **Requirements** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Solid prior experience in the field. * Availability to work on a 2x2 day shift schedule. * SAP knowledge. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience/knowledge in maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Knowledge of precision tools (calipers, feeler gauges, laser alignment tools, dial indicators, micrometers, etc.). * Experience/knowledge in maintenance of filling machines and industrial support equipment.
