Responsibilities and Duties * Entering invoices * Entering products * Registering products * Releasing inventory * Inventory analysis * Verifying prices and tax calculations Requirements and Skills * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences. * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics and tax areas. * Basic knowledge of enterprise management systems. * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to organize and manage tasks. * Teamwork skills. * High attention to detail. * Analytical ability to handle data related to taxation (ICMS) and logistics. * Understanding of the company’s tax and fiscal obligations, especially those related to product procurement. * Basic understanding of logistics processes, including inventory and transportation management. * Proven experience in tax routines, recording, verification, and validation of incoming and outgoing invoices. * Monitoring inventory, identifying stockouts, and supporting restocking and purchasing activities.
