Job Summary: Working in Post-Sales to identify items, record services, track warranties, request invoices, prepare quotations, negotiate, and manage orders. Key Highlights: 1. Post-sales experience and customer service. 2. Negotiation skills with suppliers and customers. 3. Technical knowledge of equipment and fiscal processes. Post\-Sales activities include identifying item part numbers, entering \- into Portals \- service records (identified failure, probable cause, corrective action performed) on machines, tracking warranty requests via Portals, requesting issuance of Service Invoices for approved warranties, preparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers and customers, and tracking orders. **Your Responsibilities:** * Reading and interpreting Technical Catalogs to identify item part numbers. * Entering \- into Portals \- service records (identified failure, probable cause, corrective action performed) on machines. * Tracking warranty requests via Portals. * Requesting issuance of Service Invoices for approved warranties. * Preparing quotations. * Negotiating with suppliers and customers. * Tracking orders. * Related tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree (Administration, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, or related fields). * Knowledge and experience in fiscal processes related to inventory movement of parts. * Knowledge and experience in commercial routines related to quotations, negotiation, and order management. * Technical knowledge of equipment and post\-sales services. * Knowledge, experience, and ability to read and interpret technical documents. * Customer service skills (in-person and digital — phone, WhatsApp, email). * Experience in the machinery sector or dealership environment. * Knowledge and experience in quotations and negotiations with suppliers and customers. * Proficiency as a user of ERP systems. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proficiency as a user of Microsoft Office Suite. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to concentrate. * Oral and written communication skills. * Interpersonal skills. * Ability to organize and execute tasks while meeting deadlines.
