The Commercial Assistant plays a key role in providing operational and strategic support to the company's sales department. Responsibilities include registering clients and sold products in the system, as well as maintaining constant interaction with Sales Executives. The assistant is also responsible for entering information into the system upon request (PI), understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions, negotiating prices and countermeasures, and guiding clients in creating advertising spots. Additionally, the assistant must prepare dissemination schedules, input programming into the system, and forward spots for client approval. Adjust media according to client requests, create and present reports, conduct campaign and special project briefings, analyze received spot patterns, and forward them for corrections when necessary. Other responsibilities include reviewing commercial proposal texts, negotiating countermeasures, evaluating the distribution of complimentary tickets based on client and partner relevance, and coordinating the distribution of these tickets for internal and listener raffles. Suggest artists suitable for radio profile negotiations, follow institutional projects, suggest participation in promotions and events, and conduct technical visits when needed. Furthermore, create engagement activities for institutional actions, suggest promotional gifts for distribution, evaluate brand positioning, approve marketing materials, perform budgeting and approval of marketing-related materials, approve texts for publication, and evaluate videos and graphic materials. Verify discount letter values, conduct commercial negotiations with specific clients, and forward materials sent by clients to the commercial assistant. Finally, the assistant is responsible for preparing post-sale and barter reports, ensuring detailed recording and tracking of the company's commercial activities.
