**Export Analyst (m/f/d)**
**About the responsibilities:**
* ### **Acts as the focal point in managing the client portfolio, serving as the primary communication link between the company and importers;**
* ### **Proactively monitors order status, keeping clients informed about each stage of the export process — from order confirmation to shipment;**
* ### **Executes and tracks space reservations with shipping lines and freight forwarders (booking), in accordance with terms and deadlines negotiated with the importer;**
* ### **Analyzes regulatory and customs requirements of the destination country, preparing and verifying all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with applicable customs regimes;**
* ### **Reviews and submits export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Bill of Lading (BL), and other documents required for the operation;**
* ### **Manages communication with clients, customs brokers, overseas agents, and other parties involved in the international logistics chain;**
* ### **Contributes to improving export processes by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;**
* ### **Performs other duties inherent to the position, as directed by leadership.**
**What may set you apart:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or International Trade (postgraduate degree in International Trade preferred);
* Knowledge of customs legislation;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Computer skills: MS\-Office (advanced Excel);
* Power BI (preferred);
* Negotiation, communication, proactivity, cooperation, responsibility, enthusiasm, commitment, and transparency.
