




**Technical and Behavioral Requirements:** **Technical (Hard Skills):** * Completed high school education (higher education in progress preferred: Administration, Psychology, HR). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel). * Experience with payroll/ERP systems (a plus). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative routines. **Behavioral (Soft Skills):** * Strong communication skills and courtesy. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and agility. * Ethics, confidentiality, and responsibility. * Teamwork and adaptability. * Commitment to processes and deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (screening, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews). * Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures. * Maintain updated physical personnel files and digital records. * Provide support to employees regarding labor and HR-related matters. * Support training initiatives, onboarding programs, events, and internal marketing activities. * Update spreadsheets and systems with current information. * Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data under your responsibility.
