Turner \& Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the best program, project and cost management offering across markets worldwide. **Job Description** Integrate Projects and/or Contracts with client organizational processes; Carry out and monitor strategic and tactical planning, detailing it by area/sector, as well as integrating Projects as a whole; Control compliance with contractual milestones and use, if necessary, the contractual prerogatives related to penalties stipulated for non-compliance with such milestones; Develop and implement communication actions and “Report”; Prepare and issue monthly reports; Organize and facilitate the monthly management meeting for presentation of the monthly project execution report, with participation from Supervision leadership; Assist in establishing and monitoring corrective action plans for identified deviations; Conduct regular performance review meetings with Supervision leadership. **Qualifications** Planning professional(s) with higher education degree, who must demonstrate experience in planning large-scale industrial construction and installation projects, with experience in activities of similar value and complexity to the scope of this hiring, and knowledge of MS Project software, Office 365 suite, AutoCAD, AWP and LPS.
