**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate environmental activities, assign tasks, and monitor the team's routine execution;
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, current legislation, and quality standards;
* Conduct field inspections using checklists and identify risks and non-conformities;
* Plan and monitor environmental actions and programs according to operational needs;
* Promote training and guidance for the team on good practices and environmental procedures;
* Monitor indicators, deadlines, and goals, preparing follow-up reports;
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring compliance;
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate environmental practices;
* Report results, deviations, and action plans to leadership;
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Environmental Studies (valid CFT);
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the environmental field;
* Knowledge of Environmental Legislation;
* Ability to prepare technical reports and operational records;
* Driver's license category B and availability for fieldwork and travel
