




Lead and conduct monitoring of a specific wildlife group (Avifauna, Herpetofauna, Mammalia, Ichthyofauna, Entomofauna, or Limnology), ensuring adherence to the methods and protocols defined in the Wildlife Monitoring Program. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and carry out monitoring of the wildlife group under your responsibility, applying field methods (capture, observation, sampling, etc.) in accordance with established technical protocols. * Analyze and interpret environmental and biological data collected in the field. * Prepare detailed monthly, semiannual, and annual technical reports containing qualified and georeferenced information, including charts, maps, and tables. * Perform quality control of data collected by Field Assistants. * Ensure maintenance and calibration of specialized equipment used for monitoring your assigned group. * Participate in Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) meetings and training sessions organized by the Client. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related fields. * Experience implementing wildlife monitoring programs in specialties such as Avifauna, Herpetofauna, etc. * Knowledge of species identification techniques, and biological data collection and processing methods. * Familiarity with geoprocessing and field data collection tools. * Willingness to perform fieldwork in remote areas, during extended shifts, and under adverse conditions.
