Focus on quality, organization, and safety Employment Type **CLT** Salary **To be negotiated****Description** ------------- We seek a technical professional focused on quality, organization, and safety to perform maintenance and support for agricultural machinery, ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and mandatory inspections on agricultural machinery. Support technical delivery of new equipment according to manufacturer standards. Assist in fault diagnosis and service execution according to schedule. Maintain tools and workshop in an organized manner, ensuring equipment preservation. Complete technical reports, service orders, and operational documents. Complete mandatory training within established deadlines. Comply with safety regulations and internal policies regarding travel and expense reporting. Support customers, conduct demonstrations, and identify opportunities for sales and service teams. Requirements: Completed high school; Experience in maintenance of agricultural machinery; Commitment, organization, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tractors, harvesters, or sprayers. Knowledge of technical diagnostic platforms and CRM systems. Proactivity in generating business opportunities. Share Save
