We are seeking an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to work at our solar power plants, ensuring maximum performance and reliability of our projects. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy hands-on work, and want to make a difference in the solar energy sector, this opportunity is for you! **What You’ll Do Daily?** **Monitoring and Performance:** Monitor plant operation and performance, acting to ensure maximum energy generation. **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment—including mounting structures (fixed or tracker), combiner boxes, inverters, QGBTs and QDCs, transformers, metering kiosks, power and communication cables, CCTV systems, weather stations, and more. **Control and Organization:** Record daily incidents, track activities, and maintain inventory control of materials and equipment. **Plant Stewardship:** Preserve, conserve, and clean the site, keeping everything in optimal condition. **Teamwork:** Collaborate with other company departments and equipment manufacturers to ensure operational quality and resolve potential issues. **What We’re Looking For?** **Technical Education in:** Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Automation. **Driver’s License Category B** **Knowledge of photovoltaic systems** and their components. **Practical experience** in electrical installation and/or maintenance services. **Residence in Paracatu**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **medium voltage**. * Familiarity with **auxiliary systems**, such as CCTV, alarms, security equipment, communication, and control systems. * **Prior experience in solar power plants**. **Our Ideal Candidate:** **Strong communication skills** to interact effectively with diverse teams and partners. **Commitment** to quality, safety, and results. **Flexibility** to handle unexpected situations and adapt to various scenarios. **Attention to detail**, ensuring accuracy in diagnostics and task execution. **What We Offer?** **A dynamic and innovative environment**, with ample opportunities for learning and growth. **Involvement in impactful projects** shaping the future of renewable energy. **Opportunities for career advancement** alongside a rapidly growing company! **Do you identify with this role?
