Optimization of daily operations and financial control The Supermarket Manager role involves **full store management**, leading teams to ensure service excellence, achievement of sales targets, inventory organization, and optimization of daily operations — covering financial control and procurement, merchandising, and customer satisfaction, acting as the liaison between staff and senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** * **People Management:** Lead, train, motivate, and develop teams; schedule shifts and ensure a positive work environment. * **Store Operations:** Supervise daily activities, from merchandise arrangement and restocking to hygiene and food safety maintenance. * **Sales and Targets:** Develop strategies to increase revenue, monitor performance indicators, and ensure achievement of objectives. * **Inventory Management:** Control product flow, conduct inventories, manage losses, and ensure optimal turnover to prevent expiration. * **Relationship Management:** Maintain contact with suppliers, negotiate products, and secure the best offerings for customers. * **Finance:** Monitor cash closing, revenue, and budgets. **Essential Skills:** * Leadership and strategic vision. * Customer focus and service excellence. * Planning, organizational, and control capabilities. * Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
