Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to provide strategic and operational support to the sales team, with a focus on process optimization and leadership of internal projects. This professional will serve as the sales representative's support, directly handling proposal preparation, pricing, and order processing. Key Responsibilities: " Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team; " Assist in organizing and maintaining commercial documents. " Update and manage control spreadsheets and performance reports. " Update and manage customer and opportunity databases. " Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team and management. " Lead internal projects and develop long-term strategies. " Initiate and monitor internal protocols. " Provide support to management whenever required. " Self-management skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams. " Analytical mindset to develop and implement strategies focused on process optimization. " Experience in commercial back-office operations. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Interpersonal Skills "Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and amicably, both in writing and verbally. "Empathy and Sensitivity: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break \- 100% on-site. Transportation Benefit: Yes (no fuel allowance option).
