Responsibilities and Duties * Development of foliar fertilizer products; * Raw material qualification; * Technology transfer monitoring at the manufacturing plant; * Support to the commercial team; * Report preparation. Requirements and Qualifications * Knowledge of soil chemistry. * Experience with micronutrients, chelates, and complexes. * Understanding of chelating and complexing agents. * Development of solid, liquid, emulsion, and suspension formulations. * Product stability studies. * Knowledge of regulations for agrochemical products. * Operation of equipment (spectrophotometer, pH meter, conductivity meter). * Sample preparation for stability testing. * Organization and shipment of samples for external evaluations. * Participation in project management. * Interaction with production, quality control, and marketing teams. * Preparation of technical reports. * Use of data to support decision-making. 2512250202491602916
