In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, monitoring operational processes, promoting a safe and productive environment, and strengthening client relationships—contributing to delivery quality and continuous operational improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage, guide, and develop the team. * Manage all personnel under the contract, handling development initiatives, follow-up, and feedback.
