Description
The professional will be responsible for managing and executing industrial equipment maintenance activities, ensuring high operational availability, asset reliability, and cost optimization, thereby contributing to the achievement of production targets.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan and control the execution of preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities on industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, safety regulations, and technical standards;
* Directly perform maintenance and performance improvement of industrial equipment, including failure diagnosis and analysis of component wear (rollers, drums, scrapers, aligners, among others);
* Conduct failure analyses on critical equipment, identifying root causes and implementing actions to prevent recurrence;
* Develop and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing reliability, reducing operational losses, and optimizing maintenance costs;
* Monitor equipment performance indicators, analyze deviations and trends, and propose corrective actions to support decision-making;
* Manage maintenance costs, seeking increased productivity and extended asset life;
* Support long-term maintenance planning, ensuring proper structuring of technical lists (BOMs), prioritization of interventions, and assistance in developing the annual budget;
* Record and track improvement initiatives and equipment modifications, ensuring up-to-date technical history
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
* Experience in failure analysis and equipment reliability improvement;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Advanced English proficiency;
Driver's license category B.

* Experience in mining, mineral processing, or basic industry;
* Knowledge of large-scale continuous conveying systems;
* Experience with failure analysis tools (RCA, FMEA);
