Lead administrative, commercial, technical, and operational teams, ensuring process efficiency, financial health, and excellence in service to cooperative members. Monitor key performance indicators, define strategies, propose improvements, and implement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, revenue, and producer satisfaction. Ensure proper infrastructure operation, operational quality, and compliance with cooperative policies and standards.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, or related fields;
* Solid experience in people, process, and results management within the agribusiness sector;
* Knowledge of performance indicators, budgetary management, and commercial strategies;
* Proficiency in sales management, administrative processes, and agribusiness-related operations.

Manage the unit team under your responsibility, defining and implementing strategic, tactical, and operational goals and guidelines; guiding and monitoring results to achieve targets set by the Board of Directors; systematically monitor and control unit performance through analysis of appropriate managerial indicators, proposing necessary action plans to ensure achievement of established goals and objectives; identify trends, build scenarios, and plan unit-level actions to maximize opportunities or mitigate vulnerabilities; manage unit administrative activities to ensure all processes are executed in accordance with established norms and policies, as well as general and safety policies of Cocari, pursuing result effectiveness and financial health assurance; manage and approve credit limits within pre\-defined criteria, and monitor payments; manage the unit’s commercial area, tracking sales results, inventory turnover, and product expiry dates, aiming to achieve result targets; manage the technical area, overseeing the DETEC consultants’ team, agricultural technicians, and assistants—defining strategies, analyzing commercial performance, monitoring agricultural production, planning and executing result-oriented actions, improving productivity, and delivering services to cooperative members; manage the Livestock Business Area, overseeing veterinarians to ensure producer satisfaction and increase zootechnical, sanitary, and genetic production and revenue indices; supervise sales of agricultural machinery and implements, and the maintenance, repair, and operation (MIA/MRO) supply chain, guiding consultants on service efficiency per regulatory instructions, thereby enhancing producer service and increasing area revenue; manage the cooperative members’ portfolio, minimizing delinquency, retaining, and expanding active members; ensure excellent unit operation regarding infrastructure, maintenance, organization, cleanliness, risk management, and aesthetics, following Cocari standards.
