Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and monitoring short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans, ensuring production volumes and processes while optimizing operations. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and monitoring of mining and production plans. 2. Risk analysis and optimization of operational processes. 3. Preparation of legal documents and production reports. Carry out short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning activities, as well as planning for new mining fronts and projects, and develop production plans considering equipment fleet variables, investments, ore quality and quantity, to ensure production volumes and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Validate and monitor mining plans through field inspections, liaising with operational teams to redirect topics and assess adherence to planning KPIs. * Prepare risk analyses for presented scenarios to support decision-making regarding work progress. * Monitor and suggest improvements to operational processes to reduce costs (e.g., controlling mining dilution, development, and optimization of mining recovery). * Perform monthly production closing and update the forecast of the projected plan, executing necessary replanning to achieve established targets. * Support or prepare the Annual Mining Report (RAL) and other legal documents required for submission to regulatory authorities or for internal decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or postgraduate qualification in this field. * Experience in mining planning with practical knowledge of industry best practices. * Understanding of mining regulations. * Microsoft Office suite.
