Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities, leading technical teams and supporting site management to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and safety, as well as the technical and behavioral development of the team. **Responsibilities:** \- Plan, monitor, and inspect the execution of maintenance services, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance to the team to ensure adherence to schedules, technical specifications, and established deadlines; \- Monitor the execution of maintenance services, providing ongoing technical guidance to area professionals to reduce intervention time, extend the service life of machinery and equipment, and ensure service quality; \- Guide and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, evaluating installations and completed work while providing technical support to the maintenance team; \- Conduct site inspections to gather information, identify operational demands and issues, and jointly define maintenance priorities with site management; \- Lead, guide, and develop technical teams, fostering a collaborative, productive work environment aligned with company values; \- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to support the technical and behavioral development of team members; \- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose continuous improvement actions; \- Support site management with analyses of labor, parts, and material requirements, aiding in activity planning and execution; **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering \- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields is desirable \- Experience in maintaining heavy equipment fleets in construction and/or mining sectors \- Team management experience **Knowledge:** **\-** NR12 **\-** Maintenance plan \- Microsoft Office Suite Employment type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
