Experience in maintenance of heavy equipment fleets Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical maintenance activities, lead technical teams, support site management, ensure equipment reliability, availability, and safety, as well as foster the technical and behavioral development of the team. **Responsibilities:** \- Plan, monitor, and oversee the execution of maintenance services, assign tasks and provide technical guidance to the team to ensure compliance with schedules, technical specifications, and established deadlines; \- Monitor the execution of maintenance services, providing continuous technical guidance to area professionals, aiming to reduce intervention time, extend the service life of machinery and equipment, and ensure service quality; \- Guide and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, evaluating installations and completed services, and providing technical support to the maintenance team; \- Conduct site inspections to gather information, identify operational demands and problems, and jointly define maintenance priorities with site management; \- Lead, guide, and develop technical teams, promoting a collaborative, productive work environment aligned with company values; \- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and deliver feedback, contributing to the technical and behavioral development of team members; \- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose continuous improvement actions; \- Support site management with analyses of labor, parts, and material requirements, aiding in activity planning and execution; **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering \- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields is desirable \- Experience in maintenance of heavy equipment fleets in construction and/or mining sectors \- Team management experience **Knowledge:** **\-** NR12 **\-** Maintenance plan \- Microsoft Office Suite Employment type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
