PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing operational tasks, including raw material unloading, process monitoring, packaging, finished product loading, and equipment maintenance, in compliance with safety regulations. Development of skills such as proactivity and engagement **None:** RESPONSIBILITIES Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control; Monitor the compost drying process and withdraw samples for moisture content analysis; Monitor formulation dosing and mixing, ensuring no leaks or contamination occur; Package finished products according to predefined packaging specifications (bulk bag or sack), storing them in designated locations in an organized manner; Apply labels to packages during the packaging process, sample finished products, and record the temperature of packaged products; Manually load finished products or use an overhead crane; Request maintenance services when necessary for optimal functioning of the area, reporting to the immediate supervisor; Follow company safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal and coworkers' safety; Operate lifting equipment and forklifts; Clean equipment upon request from the immediate supervisor; Perform other duties pertinent to the position as directed by management. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Requirements Completed primary education Minimum of 6 months of experience in industry Preferred Qualification Experience in fertilizer manufacturing industries Skills Communication and proactivity Involvement and engagement Organization **Working Hours:** Mon to Sat, 3:40 PM\-7:00 PM / 8:10 PM\-11:55 PM (2nd Shift) **None:** None
