Prof. Felipe Corrêa \- Sobradinho, Patos de Minas * Work Model: On-site * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) * Working Hours: Business hours – full-time commitment A law firm with strong expertise in Banking Law, serving individuals, corporations, and public servants, is seeking an SDR with a commercial profile, results orientation, and availability for full-time on-site work. We seek a professional with maturity, discipline, and a strategic mindset — this is not an internship position. **Compensation** * Fixed fees: BRL 2\.000,00 (PJ) * Transportation allowance * Commission per closed contract * Average monthly earnings between BRL 2\.500,00 and BRL 3\.500,00, depending on performance and conversion rate. **About the Opportunity** The candidate will be responsible for the first contact with leads, delivering initial consultative support, performing strategic qualification, and routing qualified leads to the closing team. We seek someone energetic, consistent, and committed to achieving goals. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead engagement and qualification (via WhatsApp, phone, and social media) * Active prospecting when necessary * CRM organization and updating * Scheduling meetings for the closing team * Strategic follow\-ups * Supporting continuous improvement of the sales process **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales, SDR, telemarketing, or commercial customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented profile * Availability for full-time on-site work during business hours * Preferred experience in legal or financial services Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
