Job Summary: Technical Support Analyst focused on web application management, hardware and software maintenance, technical support, and assistance with operational reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with operational reporting for ticketing and telemetry **Responsibilities:** **Technical Support Analyst:** * Provide support to staff for web application management and access permission configuration; * Replace general components and equipment; * Ensure printer care and maintenance; * Perform remote access for technical support; * Resolve software and hardware issues, including installation, formatting, updating, troubleshooting, and removal; * Manage database routines and perform maintenance on existing databases, implementing improvements deemed necessary by the analyst and the client. **Operational Support** * Assist with Ticketing Reports; * Assist with Telemetry Reports; * Assist with Transportation Operation Notifications. **Competencies/Knowledge:** * Focus, attention to detail, and time management skills; * Initiative and proactivity; * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality. **Prerequisites:** * Microsoft Office Suite (advanced intermediate level); * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Knowledge of Windows and networking; * Administrative and communicative profile; * Familiarity with administrative routines and diesel maintenance departments; * Strong communication skills, typing proficiency, decision-making ability, leadership, and organizational skills; * Experience with hardware and machine assembly.
