If you identify with our purpose and seek a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform equipment maintenance, repairing notebooks, desktops, tablets, and smartphones to ensure functionality within the company's established quality parameters. * Install, update, configure, and uninstall software on equipment. * Analyze hardware and software issues and errors to diagnose problems. * Conduct final equipment testing as required, following engineering-defined procedures, ensuring only products meeting the company's quality standards are released. * Record identified incidents and corresponding corrective actions in the system. * Perform tasks according to departmental procedures and immediate supervisor guidance. * Direct fieldwork in rollout, kiosk, and point-of-sale (PDV) activities. * Asset Responsibility: The technician is accountable for equipment components. Must conduct inventory, report damages, and maintain strict accountability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education recognized by MEC or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Systems Analysis / Information Technology / Networks / Electronics / Mechatronics / Informatics or related fields; * Field experience or on-site support experience; * Knowledge of equipment maintenance, remote support, and user assistance; * Skills in installing and configuring operating systems and various client systems; * Knowledge of installing and configuring network multifunction printers; * Valid and active Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Availability for on-site field work, including weekends and holidays (compensated via banked hours), and frequent travel, potentially across neighboring states; * Technical knowledge in electronics and hardware is a plus, as the professional will perform equipment replacements during rollouts, field activities, kiosk operations, and PDVs. **Additional Information** **Learn about some benefits offered by \#PosiTime:** **\*\* We strive to offer the best benefits to \#PosiTime members, which may vary depending on contract type and work location.** Meal Voucher Pharmacy Discount (Univers) Fleury Telemedicine (optional) MetLife Life Insurance (12x monthly salary) Company fleet vehicle for field activities Equipment provided by the client Standard Business Hours On-Site Field Work (including inter-state travel when necessary) *"Almost all global technology giants were born in garages.
