Description: Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Mining, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. * Brazilian National Driver's License Category B. * Knowledge of project management. * Prior experience as a Process Engineer in unit operations including comminution, concentration, and leaching. Desirable Requirements * Intermediate English proficiency. * Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate improvement projects and new technologies in ore beneficiation at plants and in hydrometallurgy, focusing on more specific topics with lower systemic impact, in accordance with defined operational procedures and safety and environmental regulations, aiming to optimize processes, increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and meet established targets. * Collaborate with other professionals in the area to identify and implement innovative technical solutions that ensure efficiency and quality in the beneficiation process, thereby meeting established requirements. * Conduct studies and data analyses on processes under responsibility and provide information for monitoring and decision-making support. * Perform systematic inspections of plant equipment to identify anomalies and/or potential issues, propose and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure equipment functionality in achieving defined productivity, safety, and cost targets. 2512130202201917489
